This activity consists of the creation of a methodological framework for mentors and mentees, the target group of this project.
The methodological framework with the learning modules aims to provide a small basic training that includes theoretical content, but also good practices and digital tools that they can use to be able to carry out the mentoring. This activity meets the objectives of the project:
- To develop the digital skills and competences of the target group.
- Raise the target's group awareness on gender-based perspective and diversity.
- Evaluate the impact and quality of the results obtained.
In this activity, the cooperation between partners and the exchange of experiences, ideas and working methods with mentoring will allow the development of learning modules for the target group: mentors in rural areas.
The Results
- Methodological framework for mentors who will work in rural areas divided into learning modules
- Explanatory videos for each learning module
- Interactive PDF of each learning module accessible from any project environment and in all languages
- Face-to-face meeting
- Evaluation of the quality of the products developed in this activity
- Statistical analysis of the impact
Target group
This activity has a direct target group and an indirect target group. The direct target group is the group of mentors who will be trained in this methodological framework and the learning modules.
In a first pilot phase, it will be implemented with a number of mentors that can be expanded when the project is distributed after its completion.
The indirect target group will be all rural students who will benefit from the training received by the mentors after the project.
