This activity consists of the implementation of the methodological framework with the mentors.

The implementation of the training aims to transfer to the target group everything developed on paper in the previous activity, guide them on the platform and teach them how to use all the tools and resources that will be developed. This activity meets the objectives of the project:

  1. Promote inclusion and active participation in rural areas
  2. Evaluate the impact and quality of the results obtained
  3. Create a European network of mentors to work in rural areas

The Results

This implementation consists of several parts:

  1. Weekly online mentoring: the (virtual) space will be organized for mentors to have sessions with young people every week. They will be provided with technical support and space, and an online platform.
  2. Training for mentors: the training developed in the previous activity will be implemented directly on the target group through training workshops.
  3. Face-to-face activities: face-to-face activities will be organized in rural areas open to all project participants. These activities could be events, workshops, seminars....
  4. Monitoring of mentoring: mentoring will be monitored regularly to ensure that the project objectives are being met. Interviews will be conducted with the mentors to learn about their experience in the project and best practices.

Target group

This activity has a direct target group and an indirect target group. The direct target group is the group of mentors who will be trained on this methodological framework and the learning modules.

The training will be carried out on the mentors participating in the project. Project dissemination activities, such as workshops or face-to-face events are directed to all project participants in rural areas.

The indirect target group will be all students in rural areas who will benefit from the training received by the mentors after the project.
