CASE STUDIES SUSTAINABL ANDWELL-EVALUATED MENTORING PROGRAMMES In this section, we will briefly present real-life examples of mentoring programmes that have stood out for their sustainability over time and for having solid impact assessments. These examples, both European and national, provide us with practical lessons and evidence of the results that well-executed mentoring can achieve. Case 1: “IMPULSO” by FundaciónAYO(Spain) IMPULSO is an intergenerational social mentoring programme launched by Fundación AYO in 2019. Created with the aim of offering personalised support to adolescents in situations of psycho-educational vulnerability, it has expanded its age range and adapted to the demands of educational centres and families. It currently serves young people between the ages of 10 and 22, many of whom come from low-income backgrounds, fragile family structures, emotional or academic difficulties, and with limited access to stable adult role models. The programme combines face-to-face and online mentoring depending on the context, thus facilitating participation in both urban and rural areas. 19 Evaluación del impacto y sostenibi l idad de la mentoría
