Before we begin, we would like you to answer this short questionnaire to assess your level of knowledge and/or application of the subject matter in this module. Don't worry, it's not a test! It will serve as a statistic to measure Kheiron's impact on the target group. This module addresses how to measure the impact of mentoring and how to ensure its medium- and long-term sustainability within an urban-rural intergenerational social mentoring programme (mainly online format). It is aimed at volunteer mentors, adults with no previous training in programme evaluation, who accompany young mentees in urban and rural contexts. The main objective is to provide mentors with practical tools to evaluate the progress of their mentoring, gather feedback and contribute to the continuity of the programme. TOPICS COVERED LEARNING OUTCOMES The main objective of this module is to learn how to evaluate the impact of intergenerational social mentoring and to use practical tools to monitor progress, gather feedback, and strengthen the sustainability of the relationship and the programme in the long term.
