Understand the concept of intersectionality and the different types of intersectionality Addressing unconscious biases in mentoring relationships Promoting social cohesion through inclusive mentoring Evaluate the impact of mentoring on inclusion and diversity LEARNING OUTCOMES TOPICS COVERED The main objective of this module is to understand the importance of applying a gender , diversity and inclusion perspective in social mentoring . Through the topics covered in this learning module, you will learn how to promote gender equality and inclusion in mentoring practices. Before we start, we would like you to answer this short questionnaire to find out your level of knowledge and/or application of the subject matter of this module. Don't worry, it's not a test!
