This is not a test! These questions are designed to help you reflect on your current knowledge and experience. Your answers will help us understand the starting point of our mentors and measure the impact of this training. In today's interconnected world, the ability to navigate digital environments is no longer optional, it's essential. For mentors supporting young people in rural and often digitally underserved areas, digital literacy becomes a powerful enabler. This module invites you to discover how technology can break isolation, strengthen mentoring bonds, and unlock new possibilities for engagement, learning, and personal growth. Grounded in the KHEIRON project's intergenerational and inclusive approach, Module 2 empowers you, regardless of your digital starting point, to gain confidence with the tools and strategies that make online and blended mentoring both effective and meaningful. Whether you're connecting with a mentee over a video call, creating engaging learning experiences, or using AI tools to track progress, this module shows you how digital tools can humanize mentoring, not replace it. More than just technical skills, this module offers guidance on digital ethics, safety, and communication in the virtual mentoring space. You will learn through real-life stories, interactive resources, and practical activities tailored to your context. By the end of this module, you’ll be ready to mentor with confidence, online, offline, and in-between. Let’s begin this journey to become not just digitally capable, but digitally empowering mentors.
