Kheiron Module 3
Expatriate professionals are paired with local colleagues to work together on a project for a month. In this way, they share technical knowledge while learning about cultural differences that impact the way they collaborate and communicate. Impact: Improved integration of foreign employees by better understanding local norms and expectations. More productive and culturally aware teams in the work environment. Inclusive mentoring is not only a mechanism for professional development, but a powerful tool for building networks of trust and cooperation within any community or organisation. By actively integrating diversity into mentoring relationships, we promote lasting social cohesion that transcends identities and enriches all members. 22
