Inclusive mentoring not only shares knowledge but also acts as a thread that weaves solidarity and trust within the group. By connecting people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, it strengthens their sense of belonging and creates common ground where everyone rows toward shared goals. In this way, the guidance becomes a catalyst that drives social cohesion, transforming individual relationships into lasting, cooperative bonds. Social cohesion is manifested in the level of solidarity, trust and sense of belonging shared by the people who belong to a community or organisation. When a community is cohesive, its members: They row together towards common goals and values, feeling that their own interests align with a shared purpose. They support each other in times of difficulty, recognising that the well-being of each person strengthens the group as a whole.
